Consultation & Gown Inspiration
We start with a personal consultation where we talk through your love story, venue, color palette, florals, and—most importantly—your wedding gown. The gown’s fabric, lace, and silhouette become the inspiration for your cake’s overall look and feel.
Design Sketch & Concept Board
Next, we translate your inspiration into a custom cake sketch and a concept board. This brings together textures, lace motifs, colors, and sugar flower ideas so you can clearly visualize your cake before anything is baked.
Cake Tasting (San Diego & OC)
If you’re local to San Diego or Orange County, you’ll be invited to a tasting to sample curated cake flavors and fillings. We’ll finalize your flavor combinations, talk serving sizes, and ensure the inside of your cake is as memorable as the outside.
Sugar Artistry & Detailing
Once the design is approved, we handcraft each sugar element—flowers, lace details, ruffles, and painted accents—to echo your gown and wedding aesthetic. This is where your cake becomes a couture centerpiece, not just a dessert.
Delivery & Display Setup (SD, OC, LA)
On your wedding day, we provide white-glove delivery and professional display setup across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Your cake is carefully transported, assembled if needed, and styled so it’s perfectly placed and photo-ready.
